Who doesn’t like food? We had our very first wing dinner on Thursday night. Participants contributed some to buy the ingredients. For the menu, we had Mango-Avocado salsa with chips for appetizer, Spicy Pineapple Chicken-Bacon Kebab with Cilantro-Lime Rice for éntree, then freshly baked brownies for dessert.
Everybody got to make their own kebabs with whatever they wanted to have. It was quite delicious! Everybody helped to cook, prep or clean to make this possible.
