Tim Swenson who is a lecturer in the HHP Department and teaches a self-defense class, came to Morrow Hall to give a presentation on some self-defense moves as well as how to be more aware of your surroundings. He did leave extra self-defense handouts so if you are interested in one please stop by my door.
